Splendour Healthcare Limited is a 24-hour provider of healthcare staff specializing in the recruitment of support workers and healthcare assistants (HCAs). Founded in January 2024 by an experienced team with 25 years of experience in both the private health sector and the NHS, our objective is to provide practical support and day-to-day human contact to individuals in vulnerable situations. Our mission includes:
- • Providing a safe and nurturing environment that supports service users emotionally, physically, intellectually, socially, spiritually, and mentally.
- • Empowering service users to make their own choices through the expression of their wishes, feelings, and preferences while exercising their human rights.
- • Adopting a person-centred care approach to ensure the best possible support for each service user by involving them in decision-making.
As a new provider, we have been working collaboratively with Diversity Health and Social Care Ltd by supplying them with staff.
Sales And Customer Service Bookings
We take great pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Our agency operates 24/7 with a shift rota system as follows:
- • Day bookings: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- • Night bookings: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Our booking procedure is consistent for both regular hours and out-of-hours, allowing clients to request staff at any time via telephone or email.
