  • Requesting a meeting to identify your staffing needs and requirements, including induction requirements for staff.
  • Allocating a dedicated Booking/Sales and Customer Service consultant to manage all shifts received from you
  • Assigning a Complaints Officer to handle all compliments and complaints related to the performance of our support workers
  • Ensuring 24/7 availability for staffing requests

Splendour Healthcare Complaints Policy & Procedure

We have robust policies and procedures for managing and handling complaints. Clinical complaints are handled by the registered nurse manager, while non-clinical complaints are addressed by the nurse director.
