Recruitment Process

Our head office is in Dagenham, Essex. The Managing Director and Registered Manager, Elsa Chigbo-Nwodo, oversees the overall structural operation of the company.

Our recruitment and registration system ensures the employment of high-quality staff. Key aspects of our recruitment procedure include:

  • Requesting a meeting to identify your staffing needs and requirements, including induction requirements for staff.
  • Allocating a dedicated Booking/Sales and Customer Service consultant to manage all shifts received from you
  • Assigning a Complaints Officer to handle all compliments and complaints related to the performance of our support workers
  • Ensuring 24/7 availability for staffing requests
  • Satisfactory DBS check
  • Two references covering a minimum of the last three years of employment history, including one from the most recent employer
  • A 30-minute written assessment and a 45-minute interview conducted by the registered manager and lead nurse
  • Assessment of Occupational Health Status, including immunisation verification by an independent occupational health team
  • Verification of mandatory training certificates
  • Photo ID verification for identity and right to work in the UK
  • Completion of mandatory training prior to starting work
  • Provision of the staff handbook detailing company policies and procedures
